Platform Usage

ExGamerStore is a digital marketplace for buying and selling gaming and other accounts. Users must be 18 years or older or have parental permission before using our platform.

Important notice for buyers

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we and our delivery partner will take responsibility and provide you with a refund or replacement, as applicable.

Please do not accept the package if the security seal is broken, damaged, or appears to have been tampered with.

You must record a continuous, unedited, single-shot unboxing video immediately after receiving the package. The video must clearly show the package, its seal, and the complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.

User Responsibilities

Once you start selling or buying any account on this site, by any method. Your few information like contact details and name will be saved, and kept totally secured
For buyers, Only email + 1 more contact details and some screenshots, will be saved
For seller, Some items needs, atleast 1 official id card
For seller, You have to provide many details, asked by mods, there is no pre designed rules for this. So we can ask any information related to selling item
For seller, Don't try to recall the account or you will be ended deleting the account and it will be useless on both side, and you will be banned permanently on this site as well as its all related sites
For seller, Once you sell something, you are listed in our system
For seller, Trying to sell an item to white shadow by contact method or direct method, automatically agrees to our all terms and conditions

Account Listings

Sellers must ensure every listed account is owned by them and can be legally transferred. Misleading information, fake listings, or stolen accounts may result in immediate rejection.

Payments & Refunds

We support almost every payment options

Refund or Return is totally depended on item, some of items has both while some of items has no refund or return option, check item description carefully before buying.
Amount paid for screen share or face to face deal for buying an eligible item, is non-refundable but it will be counted if you buy the item, so your final amount to be paid for the item is item amount - charge that you paid
For seller, most of payments will be paid right after giving full access to the mod. but some payments will be paid in 3-5 equal installments, it depends on items for more information contact us. this is only for securing the buyers

White secured

White secured items are totally owned by white shadow, and it has 0% chance of account recall or any such scams, White secured physical items are totally tested by mods and it was in daily use for atleast one month, where the tester checks everything, Physical items like GPU/CPU may show lower/higher performance than our shown result because you might using different or improper pc build.

Shadow warranty

Shadow Warranty is available only for selected physical products. The standard Shadow Warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. However, not all physical products are covered by Shadow Warranty, so please check the individual product details carefully before placing your order.

Shadow Warranty covers: If the product suddenly stops working or experiences a significant and unexpected loss of performance during the warranty period.

Shadow Warranty does not cover: Physical damage, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by negligence after delivery. This also includes damage caused by improper use that results in the product overheating or catching fire.
